Responsabilité et missions
Mission context The Project Manager acts – in tandem with a colleague - as the liaison between project teams, site engineers and the client on the building redevelopment projects , providing technical and administrative information to all parties involved in the project and assuring an optimal coordination of stakeholders and required actions.
The Project Manager will be expected to contribute to the strategic direction of both new developments.
With a strong background in Cost management and Planning, he/she will provide assistance and direction to the project teams as well as report on the progress of the projects ensuring their feasibility and guarding the Client’s parameters for success.
Project Manager will:
Manage and coordinate both strategically and in the detail the Project operations.
Ensure the project teams understand and respect their contractual obligations and manage and adjust when necessary to attain the quality, timing and budget targets.
Manage the project process to ensure the relevant teams and consultants are provided with the necessary project information .
Ensure full compliance with the predetermined time schedule.
Report to the Program Manager to ensure the costs, progress and risks are clearly understood by all stakeholders and covered adequately.
Maintain up to date Cost and Budget information on the projects to ensure their feasibility.
Language requirements Dutch Is a plus
French Good knowledge
English Good knowledge
Education Architect or equivalent
Required experience / knowledge Minimum 10-15 years of experience
