HVAC Engineer Buildings (h/f)

Responsabilité et missions

• Works as an HVAC engineer independently in various datacenter projects

• Participate in the HVAC design of the projects, in particular evaluate :

o the most appropriate technical solutions

o the detailed design and calculation

o the project planning

o the budget

• Make sure that the projects assigned will be executed in accordance with :

o applicable regulations

o the quality system and the H&S rules of the client

• Responsible for ensuring that the budget, the timing and the quality of the engineering & execution works is as required

• Answer to the wishes and needs of the client

• Keep up with the standards, guidelines and new techniques and developments in the discipline and report these to the team members

• Work together with internal and external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancies, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) and clients in a constructive way.

Knowledge in Aeraulics & hydraulic : piping, ventilation, thermal energy production:

o HVAC : Aeraulics & hydraulic (piping, ventilation, cooling…)

o Heat pumps

o Pv installations

o Geothermal installations

Knowledge of Dynamic Energy simulations & sustainable solutions is a plus

Knowledge of plumbing is a plus

Knowledge of Autocad

Knowledge of BIM software (REVIT, Naviswork, Stabicad…)

VCA certified

• Degree / qualification : Master or bachelor degree in engineering, building services

• 5 years of experience in HVAC Engineering/Design of datacenters
